Welcome to Honor  https://honor-sa.com. By using our website or ordering any of our services (manufacturing, tech pack, design, or AI-generated visual production), you fully agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services Provided: The agency provides business-to-business (B2B) consulting, design, and manufacturing services for companies and stores. The products displayed on the website are not considered immediate consumer goods for instant delivery, but rather customized services executed according to the client's request.

2. Contracting and Commencement of Work: Actual work on any project begins after paying the agreed-upon upfront deposit specified in the quotation. The project delivery timeline (whether for samples, tech packs, or designs) depends on the nature of the selected package and the client's cooperation in providing the requirements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights: The client owns the full intellectual property rights to the final designs, technical specification packages (Tech Packs), and visual identity delivered to them upon full payment of the service fee. Honor Agency reserves the right to display completed works in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Revision Policy: Each service package includes a pre-agreed number of revision rounds. Any additional substantial modifications that fall outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to extra costs determined according to the client's request.
